In 1900, Louis Lassen, a lunch counter owner in New Haven, Connecticut, was looking for a way to feed his customers quickly and easily. He came up with the idea of placing a ground beef patty between two slices of bread, and the hamburger was born. Lassen’s invention quickly became popular, and today the hamburger is one of the most popular foods in the world. In addition to being the birthplace of the hamburger, Connecticut is also known for its beautiful coastline, its historic cities, and its many cultural attractions. The state is home to Yale University, one of the most prestigious universities in the world, and to many other colleges and universities. Connecticut is also a major center for business and finance, and it is home to many Fortune 500 companies.

Our filmmaker Roman Khomlyak set out in Autumn 2021, with a bunch of GoPro Hero 9 Black cameras, to film the gorgeous fall colors in New England. Roman had always wanted to see those vibrant autumn leaves, so he jumped at the chance to capture them. He spent October and November capturing the bright fall colors, the charming New England architecture, and the winding roads that make this part of the USA so stunning.
