The difficult terrain, exacerbated by the weather, necessitated a significant amount of water to navigate. They documented their excursion using Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch 360 Edition Camera. Despite the difficulties of hiking in the scorching sun to see the crater, smoke from fires, and the beautiful Spirit Lake, the trip was regarded worthwhile. The quiet of the mountain added to the difficulty, but the couple persevered. They returned home and spent a few hours navigating the trail in the dark with flashlights.
